From my summer sketchbook 2016, during a long journey from Greece to Austria, when we stop for a night in Croatians mountains . When you dont take expensive highway you can end up in such a enigmatic and beautiful places like this one! :)
I generally make marks on something every day, but I'm really TRYING to do it purposefully in one singular location (journal). Here is a successful attempt from that particular day. I'm also super lazy, which means I never go up to my actual studio and only use what's out on my computer desk.

I was in one of those moods where I wanted to paint something majestic. I guess this is what happened. Finished January 6. Please check out some of my other paintings as well! I would also love to hear your opinions!
