It's little Saint Therese! Whenever we get overwhelmed by the troubles of life, let us remember to be little! Yes, little children of God, dependent on the Father and filled with divine love and trust. Sometimes I feel like I can only do the little things with great love because when you suffer from depression (did you know she suffered from it too?) the little things become great heroic acts for you to do! Yet to the outsider, they say, well he is doing nothing. However it's the greatest thing! I must decrease and Christ must increase. I am nothing and God is the one who is All. So when I do my little nothing things but I do them with and in Christ they become resplendent! In the divine will those little things become divine acts that will shine for us in Heaven! 30 minute sketch in tinted charcoal on toned black paper. This spider lives outside my window and I have the perfect view of her catching wasps all day.

I drew this in Pixilart while looking outside my window at the Catskill Mountains in New York. They were much more beautiful than this drawing, lol.

Casey the Puppet. This painting captures the essence of a puppet lots of older Canadians will remember. A strange genderless creature with a dog puppet companion. A puppet with an outspoken personality that I remember as a kid wondering how it got away with saying what it did. The painting has a Canadian stamp to commemorate the puppet's roots.

The countryside is a place far away from the city, peaceful and cool. My hometown is also on the outskirts of the city. Every summer vacation home to visit, I enjoy a cool and fresh air. Both sides of the road are straight dikes with fields, smooth green lawns, and beautiful vast fields. In my hometown, there are bamboo and banyan trees for shade every summer afternoon. Farmers work hard to cultivate and cultivate vegetables. Young people about the same age as me, come home from school and still have to take care of buffaloes and cows. People in the countryside live frugally, spontaneously, but full of love. They know how to care for each other in the village love.

Another work created in Lockdown in Berlin. Drawn on a piece of drafting paper from an ingenieering student in Leipzig, 1923. Like the cellar it was found in, it expresses a longing to be outside. A longing to feel of use, a job to go to or someone to visit. It is confusion and patience drawn out thin and ready to snap at any moment.

Although I'm a bit late, May 1st was Decision Day (congrats to everyone in the class of 2021!), and I'm proud to say I'll be a Blue Demon this fall (a very sciencey one at that).

For this one, I hate drawing hands so they are awful but mostly I figured out how to make things glow. Recently we had a Worm Full Moon, I layed outside and watched the moon for like a half an hour.

Beautiful West-Wales countryside on the outskirts of Drefach-Felindre, Carmarthenshire.

The drawing contrasts what an individual see's and what the general public see's when viewing a particular topic. outside the frame of the glasses everything is plain black and white and has no important information that grabs your attention but inside the frame of the persons glasses there's a personalized idea or version of each person in the corridor. the drawing gives off the idea of seeing the world through another's eyes and using glasses as the medium to display that.
