This is my first full landscape project that I painted for a skillshare course. It was frustrating at times but I really enjoyed working through the multiple steps of this painting. I wanted to see what I could do it I pushed myself and I am happy with the final painting. I need to focus some more study on trees in the future, I like how the foreground tree came out, the forest edge was much more difficult. For this series, I'm trying to hone my beginner skills by focusing on the architecture of each strange creature through reference photos, while also using it as a log for interesting animal facts.

I'm not musically skilled enough to make the band reality but I can always imagine how their albums would look like if existed. Hello All, Hope everyone is keeping well......I started another ' Lockdown' doodle this week. Working on Mixed Media paper with Pen & Ink and Aqua spectrum Noir pens. The Spectrum pens are really chunky and take a while to get used to handling , but they are very useful for colour blocking larger areas and the colours are intense. I've been using these all year now and love them. The Flamingo Garden Doodle , I turned into a repeat pattern for my collection of Printed Ladies accessories for my new website which I'm working hard on and hoping to Launch very soon. :-)
Beyoncé is an amazing entertainer and such a loud and powerful voice in not just music, but activism. Her new visual album for her album The Gift is called Black is King. I highly recommend it.
