Sigmund Freud (1856–1939)
“I cannot imagine life without work as really comfortable,” Freud wrote to a friend in 1910. With his wife, Martha, to efficiently manage the household—she laid out Freud’s clothes, chose his handkerchiefs, and even put toothpaste on his toothbrush—the founder of psychoanalysis was able to maintain a single-minded devotion to his work throughout his long career.
Freud’s long workdays were mitigated by two luxuries. First, there were his beloved cigars, which he smoked continually, going through as many as twenty a day from his mid-twenties until near the end of his life, despite several warnings from doctors and the increasingly dire health problems that dogged him throughout his later years. Stingray is an arrogant, slippery prodigy, part of Frostbite's Renegade unit. His power or specialty is his barbed tail drenched in either a tranquilizer or the Renegades' neutralizing agent, Agent N, which removes a prodigy's ability - permanently.
So, the shorter animatronics that I posted earlier were actually the second versions of those animatronics. I redrew them because of... how they looked, I guess. Their proportions were way off. This animatronic is the third version of one of the animatronics, Elizabeth. I was planning on making more of these guys, to update them all, but it takes hours to make these guys, because I also have to make the endoskeleton for them. So, right now, Advanced Elizabeth sits in Jester's workshop, where she'll be alone for as long as I don't make another advanced animatronic. Personally, I think these look a lot nicer, but the second versions (the ones I posted) have a certain charm to them. I'm also working on the right stage animatronics, the red fox and the DJ. This is an old piece created as part of a series of illustrations for a poetry book entitled "Fruit and Bones" by Elizabeth Zimmers (Yon) back in 2002. Had prints made and just found them again - so I added them to my website ~ which is still a work in progress. Please visit and let me know your thoughts! Next is to add more originals and prints. Meet Lorisnail, my original character for a children’s book. It is a lonely and thoughtful creature that looks like a loris (a small primate that lives in Southeast Asia) and a snail. Needle felted wool on pipe cleaner with paper mache shell.

One of my girls with lots of patterns. The girl keeps in blue and purple and the background and sunglasses is kept in green, orange end yellow tones. I have always had a hard time using less color and this is my practice in keeping a more stringent color theme.
