The countryside is a place far away from the city, peaceful and cool. My hometown is also on the outskirts of the city. Every summer vacation home to visit, I enjoy a cool and fresh air. Both sides of the road are straight dikes with fields, smooth green lawns, and beautiful vast fields. In my hometown, there are bamboo and banyan trees for shade every summer afternoon. Farmers work hard to cultivate and cultivate vegetables. Young people about the same age as me, come home from school and still have to take care of buffaloes and cows. People in the countryside live frugally, spontaneously, but full of love. They know how to care for each other in the village love.
I played with some different rendering techniques in my digital lineart/with some diagonal shading in the shadows in addition to my usual cell shading. I used the same colour as the hair /skin/ clothing in for my lineart on a 'multiply' layer then duplicated that layer and added a blur/reduced the opacity for its copy to soften the look of the lines.
This artwork was supposed to be a self portrait but it quickly turned into a more charming, awesome stylized portrait (not mine, obviously). This piece has a color scheme similar to midnight gospel and katana zero (video game), I have added the blue and pink color shades to make it a little bit interesting. I found this drawing online of something like this. I traced most of it but some was cut off so I made up what was happening. Colored and shaded myself... I am gonna do fanart soon I promise.
This is a drawing of a random popstar I made up. His name is Alejandro Bolvaire and he has the voice of Danny Gokey. XD (Danny Gokey is awesome -- give him a listen sometime) Anyway, Alejandro here is mostly crayon, but his hair and shades are colored with brush pens. He has an ink pen outline. This artwork was inspired by another one I saw and I wanted to try the style out. I love how it turned out!! Although I think the hair and glasses need a bit of work.
Another Catalonia themed Google street view urban sketch. I tried to take the light and shade thing further ;) This time I did take note of the exact location: 2 Carrer Sant Carles, Lleida.
We had to do a technique named 'analogous colour', and the colours that I chose to make this are: red, blue and purple (of varying shades). This character is a villain that I made up for a game that I also made up, hope he seems appealing.

I initially wanted to draw a mandala but after outlining the big circles, I thought "why not add some texture?" and there you go. Experimenting with different shapes and shades always pays off.
This is my latest project as of March 15th. It was a request from my cousin. It is based off his original photograph. As you can see, i’m just putting the base shade on it. I’ll have to add the details of the fur after the shading is dark enough
This is the finished drawing. It took me about 6 hours over the course of two days. I decided to just lightly shade the background so my finger prints didn’t show so much. I was afraid that going darker would make the horse blend in too much. I’m happy with how it turned out! Done in charcoal, marker, colored pencil, and pencils.
Water color pencils in a monotone piece of shades of pink. This was pretty hard considering I didn't have any magenta or hot pink hues. I had to create them and it was a pleasure. This was inspired from one of the artist's Grimes cover art.
