Fun warm up pieces that take me out of my typical "head are round" mentality.I blot some watercolor on the page, walk away, and come back to see what I see.
This is a drawing I did not too long ago, I think the pink and brown were blended nicely together in the piece. I use Copic markers, Microns, gel pens, and Ohuhu markers. I really enjoyed the theme of this character, (cherry blossoms) I think I was able to show the colors nicely together in the artwork.
My next posts will be the pages of my sketchbooks one by one. I’m starting with sketchbook A which is my most recent one. Each sketchbook drawing will have the “SB” on the title, and they will be posted in order for your enjoyment.
I had a lot of fun drawing this but still haven't felt bothered enough to complete the right hand. Just decided that it is tucked behind the figures back because it was too hard

Just a doodle of deku that i whipped up in like 30 minutes. I haven't posted in a while because I have been working really hard on a piece that is taking me forever. Anyway, I hope you like my deku drawing
Aboriginal Art is a new technique I learned in school and thos dots with ear buds tooooookkk aaaagggeess to create. It was one of the most refreshing, calming and therapeutic painting I had ever done.
I'm just experimenting with some very old kohinoor woodless colored pencils. It's spring upstate. One is my husband's garage, one is a very sunny spring day on an ATV trail behind my house.
