Inspired by the Neo-Classical period, I pushed myself as an artist to portray subjects in an idealistic fashion combining drama and artificial lighting. The subject is my sister who modelled as a reference, enabling me to control the shadowy effect over her face. The dim lighting and dark background resonated with the period style, focusing on the facial parts that are visible. The end result looks like she is emerging from the darkness. A somber atmosphere is illustrated through visual expression. Adding the fast drying oil on the brushes improved the blending of the colours on the canvas which was especially useful when it came to applying strokes on the face smoothly. I got my first client for logo design and they asked for a custom watercolor illustration of Iris flower. So I researched about iris flower and did a rough sketch. From there, I started rendering color using a special brush from GrutBrushes.

Being autistic and neurodivergent means I’m liable to mishear things quite a bit, especially when watching films where the sound mixing is utter shite (thanks sensory differences!). On that note, there’s a bit towards the end of Alien where Parker shouts “get out of the room” which I always interpreted as “get ready to roll” for years on end. Only recently did I realise how wrong I was! Considering it was the final act of the film, I guess I can’t be blamed for assuming as such, right? If you know, you know as they say...

I got sick, it's hard to draw... there are no ideas, so only Too-tiсky (i still love moomins brbrbrbr) Honestly, the art is pretty weak for my bar.. I kind of like which way my painting is moving, but my recent works has been distinguished by attention to the background or inscriptions... A simple filll somehow already seems to me flawed in MY work.. At the same time, in other people's drawings i even love it... As we say in my country, everything brilliant is simple... I don't know why I'm messing around in vain... Well, let's put it down to the fact that I'm especially physically unwell today

A painting I just finished to work on lighting, inspired by a painting done by SamDoesArts. This one was especially fun because I haven’t worked with layer effects for lighting in a little while and liked the way this turned out.

Fun fact:it's a little cartoon idea of mine,it's definitely not the first but it has a pretty simple plot I will share:it's Al Heyman, living as a parent and as a magician, juggling both with his children.he often gets in shenanigans especially with his friends!but the evil varzar wants his magic to take over the ghost world.his magician outfit is quite difficult to draw due to the rainbows especially the hat.another fun fact is that the ghosts in the ghost world have 80s and 90s technology.ill share more about this in my WordPress account

This is a digital drawing of two magical lions. I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out. The magical wind behind the Sky lion (with the horn) is especially cuter than I thought it would be. That wasn't planned at all -- just a last minute decoration thing. Anyway, hope you like.

En ce qui me concerne, j’utilise l’œuvre célèbre d’un artiste reconnu. En réutilisant une œuvre originale préexistante et célèbre, condition sine qua non, je propose de rendre un hommage. Il ne s’agit en aucun cas d’un manque d’inspiration surtout lorsque l’on sait maintenant que : « l’art naît de l’art et non de la nature » : Ernst Gombrich. Dans cette série, j’ai voulu revisiter des œuvres célèbres en utilisant ma technique graphique de l’éloge de l’approximation mettant en évidence la problématique de la défaillance et de la mémoire vaporeuse. We Assheads from the World of Fantasy, we know that inspiration is a living being that manages the actions of artists, states them to actions that normal man would not do. We consider the coming of inspiration - to a reasonable extent - good for creativity, but if the inspiration gets us in a firm hug and does not give up, it can have a devastating impact on the individual. In such instances, inspiration shows their other, insidious nature, about which little is spoken. Inspiration will, for example, propel artist - as the devil sinning soul - to constantly create, to eat is not thought, to be many nights sleepless, his sexual life can suffer, etc. Striking inspiration, such as a comet in the head, can, in some cases, result in a straitjacket, even death. Progression 5 of 5. Final Drawing. Overall, satisfied with how this came out. I should have done a better job of the hard lines, especially around the skin. Also, my vision for the background didn't come out quite as planned, but I didn't want it to draw the eye more than the main focus, so I left it lighter and vague. There were a lot of Nike symbols in this piece!
