This is the second painting of my dragon series, and it was actually the moment at which I decided to make it a series. It was at the beginning of this year when I was trying to decide on a topic for a series to exhibit. I had gone through quite a few subject matters and even started researching on one of them, when I got really mad at a relative's attitude and just felt the need to paint a dragon. And with a second finished dragon piece in hand, I said: "This is it. I'm gonna make a series on dragons."

Yet another senseless lynching that has me here with a broken heart. Like my other paintings on this subject, I wanted to focus on life. Tyre was dynamic and energetic, so I wanted to paint him soring. I also wanted to paint him defiant in the face of his oppressors. He was a skater, and they are no strangers to defiance. Thankfully, I found some excellent references to help me with the composition. Aesthetically, I wanted the comp to be modern, colorful, and hopefully impactful. I went for a pop art, illustration, and false-color vibe and minimized blending and refining layer edges. I painted this in Rebelle 6 and Photoshop. Much respect.

It's my third illustration with a lantern theme. I had doubts while drawing this illustration. I changed the concept a few times. And I'm not sure if I got the expected effect. But I'm not afraid to share it and say: "this illustration could be better." It gives me the motivation to work harder. It gives me reasons to push myself forward. Have a creative weekend!

segments , steps, blindfolded, a difference of language between the body and something subtle , lack of movement.click -switch! the union of body and soul , the disappearance of the blindfold from the eyes and the flight between the immensely endless bright layers of fields .I am very curious about the sophisticated nature of things and phenomena: myself, people the Universe, I like to consider and feel them like a multi-layered cake, where each layer has its own history, worldview, and even its own temperature. I love to listen lectures of charismatic lovers of philosophy, design, music, human psychology and I enjoy the excitement it brings and the birth of new layers inside me. I rarely manage to silence my inner critic and for many years I have been learning how to be able to do it productively. I am still in the process though. I treat my life as a long voyage, changing directions and yes - sometimes those around me. I understand that even 24 hours a day is not enough and I definitely realize that my life today is much more colorful and interesting than when I was 20 years old.

This is the third page of my attempt at 100 heads, this is Ra the sun god from the original Stargate movie. I was gifted a VHS cassette tape from “santa” back in the mid nineties, of which I still have. I watched that movie so many times my parents nearly burned the tape…

The illustration of a boy lunch in a desolate place, we are reminded that God know our physical as well spiritual needs. If we seek to put him first in our lives, He will take care of the rest. Jesus and Peter walking on the rage ocean, God call us to weather many great storms, to be able to participate in rescuing of the spiritually drawing. We always need to be reminded to keep our eye on Christ unless we become filled with fear and we become overwhelmed by our hostel environment and being to sink. Jesus on the cross, God knowing no sin, sent His son to be a sacrifice, the innocent trading place with a vile criminal to face a horrible death on the cross. We can all identify with Barabbas, for because of our sinful words and deeds, we ourselves are criminals before a Holy God. If we identify with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection from the dead, for the payment of our transgression. This is the only way to be forgiven and washed clean of our sinful past. We have been given the holy spirit to enable us to turn from sin and walk in the newness of life through His word and spirit. The rock with ALPA and OMEGA and Irish flower carved in it: represent Our eternal God who existed in the eternal past and will exist in the enteral future. The rock with dove facing down, represent the coming of Holy Spirit who Jesus sent, after He went back to Heaven. He came to teach us all truth about spiritual things, about God, to give us understand of His words, and to strength our bodies, minds, spirits to enable us to do the will of God. The rock with fish symbol: Represents the sign first century Christian would draw on the ground to test a person to find out if they were a true follower of Christ or if they were a spy, trying to expose were the Christians met for church. So, the Roman could arrest and kill Christians. How the test was administered: The initiator would drawl half the body of the fish in the grown, then the person being evaluated, if they were a Christian would know to draw the second half of the fish. A portrait of a pair of characters from my Victoriana tabletop game. An unlikely couple that drum up support for everyone odd and forgotten by the oppressive society they live in. As a red haired Eldren, she is considered cursed and likely to commit dark magics and as a Ratman William finds the residents of London look upon him with derision.

This time I managed to get the result I had planned. I made a second attempt at drawing a magic tree. There is much more detail in this illustration. I'm satisfied. It was a great opportunity to develop my drawing skills.
