Colloquially known as the "Gypsies of Fey," Farthings are small woodland creatures most commonly seen in abandoned or forgotten settlements where the natural elements have begun to reclaim the landscape. As a race, they can trace their lineage back to both faerie and goblinkind, but are not fully accepted by either branch of their family tree. Combining elements of each of their progenitors with attributes of other woodland inhabitants, Farthings vary widely in both color and physiognomy.
I tried to make a campfire setting, with a cozy tent, the warm fire eliminating the night, the trees in the background and of course, the stars the the sky for perfect stargazing. The purpose was to create a scene, where someone would be comfortable, just lying there, enjoying everything.
Beginning.
To understand what happened you should know two things.
One. Marmoset monkeys love books. All sorts of books, but diaries and biographies are their favourites.

Took me very long to finally accept the fact that I can do anything, draw anthing on my sketchbook, that my sketchbook is a safe place for me to experiment, play, and explore styles, themes, mediums, and other ideas. I used to be so caught up in developing my own style, and being devoted to drawing only portraits.. Well.. now I’ll remember to “just draw!”
It's definitely been a bit since I've posted, sorry about that, things have gotten very chaotic very quickly. I'm officially less than a month out from graduation (the finish line is almost here!), which also means it's time for my teachers to cram in projects. Other than that, I'm happy to say I received two official art commissions! I'm hoping to get something set up to hopefully begin selling some pieces, but, for now, I'll have some pieces in a gallery soon. Things, things, things, and Tony's face. Attempt 3 at drawing a a baby! This one is actually kinda better. I like how it turned out, it’s really light so I may need to retake but attempt 3 is a success!
This artwork was supposed to be a self portrait but it quickly turned into a more charming, awesome stylized portrait (not mine, obviously). This piece has a color scheme similar to midnight gospel and katana zero (video game), I have added the blue and pink color shades to make it a little bit interesting. It’s one of my OC’s (her name is Annie, short for Anabella). She has heterochromia, meaning she has 2 colored eyes, and I tried to match the butterflies with the color of the eye on the opposite side. The angle is supposed to be from above, with her laying down, and her hair spread out.
I always enjoy making characters, but with a traditional medium, this is my first digital character design or more of a cartoon. This character is inspired by the vampire genre with the color scheme of pink and blue, the cartoony inspiration is from television series such as adventure time, Rick and Morty, and midnight gospel.

This is a digital drawing of a species I came up with. This is also my first attempt of making a base. I'm very pleased with how it turned out and I plan to only get better.
