A plush version of withered Preistor. He's probably my favorite character... though, that might be because of the withering part of him, which was inspired by withered Bonnie.

Took me a long time to do this while experimenting with skin tones and lighting. Hope you like it!

A teaser for the new pizzeria and animatronics. The restaurant is called "Zero Days Until the Party", or more commonly referred to as "Zero Days" or "Zeros". This restaurant will have less animatronics, with a slightly different looks than Ringmaster's Altitone band. Mostly just the addition of eyes. I'll reveal which animatronics have been encluded in this pizzeria another day. Drawn with FireAlpaca.

I got to drop into an outdoor class with my beloved teacher from the studio. A space had finally opened up two weeks before everything in SF shut down again. Well, it was good to see her and my fellow students and be in that setting on a beautiful sunny day. I was also negotiating my next job salary and getting phone calls during class, so I wasn't entirely present. The class topic for the day was palm trees. This is in front of the De Young, another place I was so glad to have visited indoors on another afternoon before the latest lock down.

Another icon or logo of Jester's restaurant, "Ringmaster's Pizza Hall". This one is more sinister, and looks more like a FNaF teaser, especially for Sister Location. Though the Altitone animatronics were based off of the funtime's designs, the resemblance between Jester and Ennard is completely coincidental --- but I've kind of embraced it now. Chromatography is used in chemistry to dissolve a mixture and place it into a "mobile phase," which allows the solvent to carry it and its components up the paper. It shows the layers, exposing deeper, hidden tones and colors, something only seen when a solvent of the same polarity is used. It's odd. Life feels a bit like that, and I'm seeing the colors separate for the first time. It's all there, everything that's been hidden in the inky mess for the past however many years. And now it's smeared. Bold. Clear. But blurry. What's on me and what's on you? Where do we go from here?

The trade was to draw a monster as made up by your counterpart without seeing a reference image, based only on the description. Here is her half (which is awesome): www.deviantart.com/optimisticj… For mine, I had to draw a monster called a "niter" based off of his description: "Niters communicate in whispers. Nocturnal. Shy away from light. They’re black and oily and emanate a bluish glow. Large, looming 6 foot shadow things with massive hind legs, clawed for climbing trees and they have ‘maws’ instead of arms, claw-like appendages they stab people with and only one gaping blue eye. Their mouths open up and they swallow their victims whole." What's funny is that I didn't see the fact that they emanate a bluish glow until now. So, the glow from the eye is purely by coincidence. Figuring out the hind legs of this creature was difficult, and so I sought reference images, and of all things, the koala turned out to be a pretty good reference. For a while, there, it was looking like Carnage from Spiderman, but I toned down the reddish-hue a bit. The intention was to give the appearance of motor oil. So, now to find out how badly I failed at drawing this... This art trade was fun, though, and I would do a similar one, again. But I am le tired.

I figured it'd be a while until I draw (in full detail) ALL of the Altitone band members, so I made each one a sprite. Their names are (from left to right): (The first one is a base), Elizabeth the hot pink cat, Preistor the sky blue rabbit, Altor the golden bear, Bruce the green mouse, Lexibo the violet elephant, Mary the short red fox, Dexter the blue-gray Racoon DJ, and the three cheerleaders: Rosette the crimson mouse, Oopsie the russet fox, and Pastelle the cotton candy short-eared rabbit. On the very bottom are the instruments. In order, they are Elizabeth's mic, Preistor's guitar, Altor's drum set, Bruce's mic, Lexibo's piano, Mary's oil drum (not an instrument, but Mary hides her bottom half in the oil drum, sort of like Looney Bird from The Rock-afire Explosion (which is why she has no legs)), and Dexter's DJ board. The last three are cheerleaders, and their hands have been replaced with cheerleading pom poms. On stage left, we have Dexter and Mary. On the center stage, we have Preistor, Altor, Lexibo, Elizabeth, and Bruce. On stage right is Rosette, Oopsie, and Pastelle. Made with Piskel. Some more stylized withered versions of the Altitone band members, Elizabeth (on the left) and Altor (on the right). Elizabeth has ears but no cameras (which are usually located somewhere on the head (look at stylized withered Preistor for context)), so she is blind. Altor has no ears but a camera (which has been broken off and now sits loose in Altor's disembodied head), so he's deaf. Before version 2 of these guys, Preistor was maroon (once again, look at stylized withered Preistor for context), Elizabeth was teal, and Altor was yellow-green (mostly yellow). Version 1 of the Altitone band member, Preistor. His color scheme went from blue (from the prototype vesion) to red (this version, version 1) to blue again (version 2 and onwards). Once again, this guy has been left to rot in a storage unit, somewhere in Jester's workshop. Another note, Jester's workshop is actually quite large, with several hallways, and open spaces. This little book had several tiny squares/rectangles per page. At first I didn't know how to fill it (2017). Eventually I sketched trees, scenes, birds, animals I'd seen during a days walk. It accidentally became a diary of seasons! Not all my art is nature sketching, I'm a watercolor artist as well. But line and pen drawing, halftone is what I've been up to for a while.

I kind of lied when I said there were only 3 versions of the Altitone animatronics. There are technically four, and these were the first two. They're stored in Jester's workshop. Unlike the V3 and V2 animatronics, the first two sets have red cheeks on the side of their faces that pop out, and contain cameras, instead of the cameras being in their mouth. This was changed, of course. Prototype Elizabeth has one of those police lights in their tail. I thought that would look cool. Jester thought so too, I assume, because he implimented it into Elizabeth. I imagine these guys roaming around in Jester's workshop as he works on them, to keep them from locking up, and all. Also, that is a real cupcake. It is molding on the inside. Can't wait for somebody to make THAT mistake. Drawn with FireAlpaca.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Here are five of the shorter animatronics, which take up the main stage! There are three sections of the stage, like the Rock-afire Explosion's original stage! The animatronics are all different animals, like usual. They even have different teeth! The first animatronic's name is Preistor, and he's the blue rabbit. He plays guitar. Then we have Elizabeth, a hot-pink cat, and she's the female singer. Then we have Altor, a yellow bear. He plays the drums. Then we've got Bruce, a green mouse, who's the male singer. Finally, we have Lexibo, a purple elephant. She plays the piano. They were created by Jester (Dellusion was created by Jester, too) for entertainment. Unlike FNaF, there are no dead kids possesing these guys. At least, none relating with Jester and his crew. Actually, they're vessels for lost spirits! They've been specifically engineered for lost souls to posses them. However, in the day, they act wonderfully for entertainment. Don't be frightened by the absence of eyes! They're always watching with those little cameras in their mouths. These guys, including Jester and Dellusion, were inspired by the funtime animatronics from FNaF SL. Drawn with FireAlpaca. Finally started back on a regular sketch schedule. Once a week on Thursdays, and I really look forward to it. I tried to tone down the orange marker with brown ink, but no luck. It really was a bright and sunny fence, though.

I came across a photo of an old mask and surmised this could happen to you if you put it on.

Not comic related but I needed a break from writing and had a 3-colour-art-challenge to finish so two birds one stone.

” Please allow me to introduce myself I'm a man of wealth and taste I've been around for a long, long year Stole many a man's soul to waste ” I have had an idea for a long time to illustrate Sympathy for the Devil from Rolling Stones. This start from free sketching of cloud looking lines and soon i realise they look like atom bomb cloud. Original idea was more landscape version but maybe later.
