I have been participating in this event since 2006. I designed this picture to illustrate the human heart toward God. Understanding the symbolism in the design Human heart: A Fortress God’s Communion with Man Kind: Irish trinity flowers, with the crown, cross, dove God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit The two doors: the diverse ways mankind communes with God. The door with the thorny flower design: A religious person who live with out power. They refuse to allow God to sit on the throne in their lives. I got Procreate a bit ago and it took me too long to figure it out and learn how to work with it. I was so used to my old program that starting all over got pretty discouraging. I finally finished my first procreate portrait! There are a few things I’m not happy about but I’m not sure how to fix them. Any ideas and advice are super welcome!!!

A watercolour piece I did of my friend when he was going through a really tough time.

I was testing a Rotring Rapid Pro 2mm and this came out. Inked with a burgundy Custom 743 EF, an underrated workhorse of a pen.

I decided to participate in Folktale Week this year, as it was the first I’d heard of it. This is the submission for the prompt “Home”.

Sometimes we just need a bit of encouragement to push us along the way. Sometimes life is hard and it does more than give you lemons. Cry, vent and release your frustration in a healthy way, but try and stay strong. You will be glad you did :)

Sometimes we need space away from others. A good way to do that it physically. Therefore, go to space. There’s plenty of that for everyone.

Its a very rough draft to a painting i have in mind. I didnt really intend for it to have any biblical meaning to it but i could see how that could be something people take away from this

Took the idea from many Bob Ross works and ran with it.

I destroyed this water color painting while removing the stick tape. But then to think about it, The Joker is also an error created by the society and thus a human error. He came fine in this world but the world hasn't been kind to him. And that revered back as an ultimate Villain as Joker to the society. So ultimately the two errors met up on this page.

It’s always good to find some drawing time on vacation. We went to some weird random small towns in Washington and a ghost town called Burke with some particularly interesting history. I had Cheers playing on my phone while I drew this but no similarity is intended. It’s a classic show but it would have been better without the distracting laugh tracks.

Second post here on Doodle Addict. I don't know why but this reminds me of Spirited away....or just studio Ghibli. All their art just makes me feel like i'm actually in that place; i can feel the breeze, hear and feel the grass.....Anyways, that's the image i get in my head when making this. Feel free to give feedback or comment on my art, i would appreciate it!

This is chucky I am terrified of it but it was an challenge this is my first time here so I am learning the ropes so I have no clue what I am doing but this gave me major chills while making it
