What the Day Will Bring, ink on paper, from the Présence series

In 2017, I had a short run of finishing acrylic paintings after not painting for many years. Here I was pushing towards a more realistic style despite the very cheap and thin paints.

Just wanted to see a flower with different patterns on the petals.

Inspiration from a recent trip to Berlin, German. Sausages everywhere, man.

I have always liked drawing with wild pastel colors and finish with a black pastel on top. Then use a needle to put put the image. Off course it is even more easy on a devise, when you don't get all the mess.
