This is my 2nd bird in acrylic.

Mixed media: markers, watercolour pencils, acrylic. This is an old doodle from ca. 2003, which I came across while moving houses. I added a bit of colour today and few lines...

...my pet cockatiel.

Inspired by one of my cats who is black with bits of tortoiseshell coming through. I used black ink and apricot Crayola crayon for this.

These are the results from a request to create a piece based on a fathers son's nicknames. The older brother is the moon, second the bear, third the bird. Added the stars as the parents. His first request was of a tattoo of sorts ...but I struggled and my drawings kept turning into children illustrations. I so enjoyed the challenge and it gave me an opportunity to honor the love of family. At the same time, it was hard to associate them into a tattoo:) .

No era del azul del cielo ni del blanco de las estrellas ni del verde que tanto conocía de las copas de los arboles. Era de un color entre el suelo y el cielo. Un morado vivo que rompía con todo lo que se encontraba a su alrededor. Una flor que hizo que todos los otros colores se volvieran pequeños en un instante a la vista de Zaya. No se atrevió a tocarla, por miedo a hacerle daño, o a que se rompiese (...)

Thought I'd upload a closer look of my pfp lol, basically it's just an odd coloured dog with my favourite colours: pink and brown. With a fallout boy (big fan sksks) earring added to the mix.

Haven't posted for a while, I've been crazy busy but also feeling pretty flat to be honest so I've been drawing weird little floppy cats to cheer myself up a bit. Today one of them made it onto the back of my drawing board. Acrylic paint and sharpie markers :)
