This is just a random thing that I doodled up. If you watched Smile of a Child you might have seen Tales of Little Women. This is Amy March from that 1987 vintage anime, but she's SHOOTING HER HAIR BOWS LIKE MISSLES!! That's crazy! Hope you enjoy this little bit of my creativeness.
Hooray~ Here's my Sketchbook Bus for the 'Doodle Caravan, Drawing Challenge'. We're stocked with art supplies, good music, lots of coffee and creative friends! Let's enjoy this artistic adventure together! :)
In this photo I drew two Betta fish, a clock and a female in a dark background. Drawing this picture was more of a self expression. The two betta fish expressed conflict; the clock expressed running out of time and the female I guess would represent myself. I was in a dark period while drawing this, but happy to say, I’ve managed to pull through my obstacles =)
This was part of a collaboration I did with another wonderful artist over on YouTube. We picked the theme of our favourite folklore characters to draw.
Today I’m tackling the elusive Tully Monster as a drawing subject!
“It might be either a wormy type thing or a molluscy-like thing but for the most part, comprehensive taxonomies placed the monster in the animal kingdom untethered to any particular phylum, making it essentially unclassifiable. The perplexing nature of these fossils earned them the parochial nickname ‘Tully Monster’.”
My first attempt at a concertina birthday card. While simple to make, it can be a bit fiddly and getting the proportions and placement of objects right for each layer is important so that everything can be seen once the layers are overlapped. It reminds me of printing processes, where each layer is gradually added. It was quite an enjoyable process.
This is the largest canvas thus far for me. In progress!! Multiple projects are in sway with this baby of mine. Feel free to check the link for updates on all the moving parts, including video and still shots with hidden treasures added in between (little surprise pop-ups of newness) along the way. https://photos.app.goo.gl/eNiH1mwVbFHaAyAZ9
Here's some music that inspires me, along with links to listen live or on replay.
Phenomenal! - DJ OTB for your creative journey. I love getting lost in the music while I dig deep to paint or create my soul expression. Much gratitude to all those out there who inspire me every day.

When you find a mondegreen in one of your favourite Magnetic Fields songs and it sets off your creativity...
Can’t be only one mishearing things here? Stephin Merritt sure knew how to mumble back in the ‘90s, that’s for certain: https://youtu.be/UGNKhVJbDM8
The creative demon possessing me at the time must’ve either been Mark E. Smith or Radiohead’s ‘Hail To The Thief’ shaped, judging by the lyrics of this one..
