Continuing to consolidate the colour profile of the White Bird. Even if the photo fails to capture it, those pale shades are actually a sophisticated mixture of grey, sky blue, pink, and purple shades, managed with eraser and finished with white.
Have been working on my ability to manage lighting, softening the shades and contrasts. Colouring white things are actually not easy, because you will notice all the minute colouring differences much more easily.
This is my avatar, a mix between Frankenstein, a Vampire (Mainly a Pricolici), and a Krsnik. I will eventually add shading, lighting, color, I will edit the linework and I will edit the etch marks.

I don’t think it looks exactly like Emilia Clarke/Daenerys Targaryen, but I like the way it came out. The pic isn’t as good as the drawing as the lighting wasn’t great.

A painting I just finished to work on lighting, inspired by a painting done by SamDoesArts. This one was especially fun because I haven’t worked with layer effects for lighting in a little while and liked the way this turned out.

My dad has been out of the picture for a while, but I still have a lot of feelings and trauma left over from him. I wanted to represent what being gaslit, felt like to me. A drawing that took me forever XD I knew how I wanted the lighting, it just took me a long time to figure out how to make it a certain way.
