Watercolour and coloured pencil on watercolour paper. Usually I paint on watercolour paper that costs about 3$ for a pad with 10 sheets. This was the first time I painted on paper that costs about 1$ per sheet. And yes, it DOES make a difference. :D

Superstition : Fishing.
One of the strangest sea fishing superstitions says that if a fisherman and his wife have a quarrel and fight just before he goes to sea then he can expect a good catch. The argument though, must develop naturally, and not be staged deliberately, and if a man actually draws blood from his wife then he can expect an especially large haul.

"English as She is Spoke" is a delightful example of incompetence and bad judgement. Jose da Fonseca and Pedro Carolina set out to write a Portuguese-English phrasebook. The only problem was that they didn't speak any English. They did know some French and armed with French-English phrasebook, dictionaries and enthusiasm they brought forth this book. Mark Twain was an early admirer of this book. Lo-fi inspired art. Used one of my favourite albums from hanni el khatib in the drawing. I have been traveling so it's been hard to find the time to draw but I'm glad I managed to finish this one.
