I just finished my very first book illustration gig. It was a ton of work and the client is really happy! Just a few years ago I never would have dreamed I'd illustrate a book. Yay me!

I was able to find 6b and 8b 2mm leads. So I bought 2 more NIC PRO 2 mm lead holders. They arrived from Amazon today. I wanted to add more tonal depth...but I am not too sure it worked out the way I thought it would. I still need to tighten things up.
The Good Shephard. I finally colored it in, added grass and clouds and stuff. Originally inspired by a picture I saw at my grandparents house. If we feel like a little black sheep at times just remember that Jesus will leave the 99 to go in search of us, no matter what our sins may be. Ébred a világ. Zöld illatok suhannak a határokon által, hozván a tavasz ígéretét. Parányi szálak búnak elő a barázdákból. Kifeslenek az ágak végin a szűz rügyek. Zsenge füvek parádéja lepi a mezőket. Dombok oldalán virul a galagonya. A telet általvészelt diófák szarvas koronája még kopár. Az új leveleket fakasztó hajtások vágyakozón kavarják az égi vizeket.

Child Jesus loves you! Jesus likes every now and then to appear in child form in order to teach us many things and relate with us. To remember to be little and rely on God our father. ^_^ He's levitating and his robe is long so you can't see his lil feet. I made this sketch awhile back but like a lot of things now I decided to color it. Digital color makes things pop!
