I have drawn this for a piece of poem I had written on a mother and her little son...:)

Beginner drawing

Of all my work, this is my favorite so far. I made it earlier this year and it is still inspiring me to try new things and not to pump out all the same stuff every day.

Wildlings? That time when Ygritte, Tormund, Jon Snow and other wildlings were on the other side of the Wall after their arduous climb!

This is a watercolor portrait of a couple locked in a lovely pose wearing autumn colors.

So, I don't like any of my recent drawings .. I feel there's few to zero progress and I feel so stuck :(

This one was definitely fun to make! It was created during the chilly nights that November brought. I'd like to say I learned a lesson from this painting, actually. I learned that sometimes it's okay to doubt yourself. The background in this painting was originally pure black with out lettering. It sat in my room for days, but in the pit of my stomach I felt that it just wasn't right. Eventually, I surrendered to the daunting sensation and started incorporating other colors into the mixture. Slowly, but surely, life was brought to what was originally just a plain idea.

Inktober 14 - Invocation :) That's week two done! Even though I won't finish by the end of October, I'm gonna try to finish the prompt list!

Legends and folklore is huge in Game of Thrones book series, one in particular is the legend of ‘Azor Ahai’, the warrior who drove the darkness away with his sword Lightbringer. How he forged the sword to bring the end in darkness was by plunging it into his wife’s heart. her soul and the hot blade created Lightbringer. A new ‘Azor Ahai’ was supposed to come again and many believe it to be either Daenerys Targaryen or Jon Snow. - I think end the end it’s Jon Snow if the prophecies were interpreted this way- the ‘long night’ being Daenerys mad reign. That time when the remaining Stark kids, Bran and Rickon have to flee from Winterfell. Bran of course can’t walk so it’s a good thing he had the overgrown Hodor to carry him. Some thought Hodor descended from giants! -

And of course when I think of dragon, I think of Drogon and Daenerys Targaryen- “The First is Her Name, The Unburnt, Queens of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men, Queen of Meereen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Protector of the Realm, Lady Regent of the Seven Kingdoms, Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons”.

Always done with gel pen. Always celebrates the love of women,but never without some surrealism involved. Always playing with light and dark.

Obviously when I think of snow, I think of Jon Snow! From bastard to brother of the Night’s Watch and then Lord Commander; to King of the North; a Stark and a Targaryen. He’s the emo guy, always brooding and of course he would- he’s kinda like the tragic hero always conflicted with love, duty and loyalty.

Little bit of Halloween spirit this morning.

That time when I ran out of ideas for this prompt word ‘pattern’ GoT-related and came up with what you see here! Maybe I will turn these animals plus dragon into a repeat pattern one day!

I was inspired by Picasso's idea of multiple perspectives so I thought, well, what if I did that with a horse? I started sketching immediately and I unknowingly drew an optical illusion! Take a look...can you see both of the horses?
