My mum and i call him morise. (His real name is moritz). he made us delicious tea and coffee in his artstudio. we talked, painted and i drew alot at his place. he turned into family. when i heard that he passed away, i couldnt pick up a paintingbrush, acrylics or watercolours because it reminded me so much of him. now, for this drawing i started to experiment with watercolours again and added it in the drawing. honestly, i cried during the process of painting but i am proud that i dared to use it. i enjoyed to experiment.

A colour sketch of Llyn Brianne in preparation for a much larger piece. The sketch was done in acrylic, but then I changed my mind and started the full-sized piece in oils.
I started messing about with line and wash. I really enjoyed the speed and looseness of working on this piece. In hindsight, I'm wondering if it would be worth working on a larger, more considered version as there is quite a lot of nice texture that is missing here. Pen & watercolour on watercolour paper (4x6").
my first ever piece of art i sold was this piece, i think around 2012 when i started going into more illustrative based work. its great to look back and see the progression and level i have progressed. i remember thinking this was the best i could do but now if i did something on the same level i wouldnt be so happy. i got a lot of good feedback off this piece and do plan on recreating it one day :))...

I started this one without writing down the name and then couldn't remember what it was supposed to be. So. A Patron Saint of Forgotten Things it is. I pray to it often.
Another doodle I did starting with 3 blank boxes, and then I just go with it, trying not to think too much. This little kitty makes me smile. So do the flowers!
This started off as a black ink drawing, but after scanning into my computer, I played around in Pixelmator to add the background and some effects to achieve the final result. This was going to be my first attempt at either Inktober ot Artober. Many thanks for looking !
An animatronic I made in Minecraft --- I know it sounds a little cringe, but I constantly build pizzerias, add armor stands to act as animatronics, and make a FNaF map. I'd then invite friends and have them sit in the office, while I move the armor stands. This animatronic is named "Dijon", sort of like the mustard. I only drew Dijon, but there's another animatronic, "Dijona", who has a lighter suit color. These guys are sort of like the Fredbear and Spring bonnie of the pizzerias I've made. I might draw more later. Drawn with FireAlpaca (and I play on the Nintendo Switch).
Words of wisdom that a friend came out with during a Lord Of The Rings Extended Editions film night over the weekend jumpstarted my creative juices this time around. :-)
One day I was watching Aliens, Predator ,and AVP things and It just make me get so inspired. I love those franchise to start with ,but gosh getting exposed to those franchises again just pouring art juice on me to get me so inspired to create as you this art piece. I wanted to have minime alien coming out of adult aline chest instead of cliche baby alien coming to make it different than what people expect. I just wish I had Artist grade color pencils instead of student grade I used on my color pencil art pieces, but soon or later I want to get artists quality color pencils. I am dying to try Polychronos color pencils. It is oil based color pencils. I been using wax based,but polychronos are expensive even more so than Prismacolors. If i want to save money and i gotten this brand before . It is Staedler triangle coloe pencils. They sell this stadeler color pencils of 48 colors for $13 at walmart.com. I might get that one I dunno. I do wana get Polychronos if not prismacolor but anyways Here is the art work using shitty color pencils. It seems like this scan looks better than my originals cuz i scan it and bring it to Photo impression software that came with the scanner to boost a bit of contrast cuz if u did not know student grade color pencils have less pigementations and more white fillers so u cannot make dark really nice dark or hightlight really nice strong highlight like artist quality color pencils can bring. The monochromatic weekly challenge inspired me to do an eye study. I've been having a bit of a composition block and thinking about starting to sell at art fairs, so my thoughts are preoccupied. I wanted to keep practicing tho. Lemme know what you think. I used pencils, smudges, and liquify in Rebelle 6. This is not AI nor is any part of this AI.
In the show The Dragon Prince there is this character named Aaravos and he is like this star creature thing. I made a distant relative, you can look up references of the actual character in the show.
He stares at the small square black device. The red led in it keeps blinking simultaneously with the beep and, except for one small button, Neal sees no other modules.

Recently I discovered a hard drive full of my old digital art from 2011, back when I first started digital art. I decided to challenge myself by redoing a piece from the hard drive to see what I could do with it with 11 more years' experience. I must say I'm pleased with what I can do now.
