A little exercise I'm doing, using these glass bottles as my model. There'll be more to come!

Improvising a thing or two centred around krakens and all things cephalopod flavoured :)

I like to sketch things from memory, impressions I have during the day and often contrived scenarios. Black Brush Sign Pen with white wash on halftone paper. ©2021KG

A friend introduced me to this game a little over a year ago, and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since! There’s definitely room for improvement, but I overall liked how this turned out. (c) Undertale

I'm always crossing the woods in the winter (safe from ticks) to discover happenings--animal movement, tree life and so on. Came upon this scene just recently, two trees that fell together during a wind event.

So I traced the outline, I’m awful at full body but I decided to add my own style to it. I changed the body slightly and so now here we are!

Dalmatian dog doodle. A little something before I detox from my phone. This is going to be a major challenge for myself. Wish me luck. :3

In his seventies, this guy was a great model. Fun to draw. Lots of character.

I just saw the moon which, I think, looked like it was pink. It was probably the trick of lights of the evening, but it looked mesmerizing. So, here is my rendition of the pink moon of an evening.

Here's a recent Minecraft fan art painting. Thanks for looking!

Just fun crazy doodling.

Inspired by my friend, I was just doodling thought I would post it!

Painted original (watercolor on watercolor canvas) about 15 years ago. Wasn't satisfied and so I put away forever. Except, not forever. Have started a project of revamping old paintings that were not quite right, and that now seem salvageable. This was the first. Worked on it for a few minutes a few days a week for a few months, never going too far. Goal was to improve not recreate. Kinda having fun with this new project. Artists tend to do this, take a new tact, find a new route.

That moment when you realize you need a LONG to lifetime break from social media.

I’iwi (Hawaiian honeycreeper) sketch for my day off (state holiday!). Ballpoint pen.
