hello :) my boyfriend and i did a trip to costa rica. it was fantastic, chaotic and adventurous and a mix of emotions. we are in a longdistace relationship and i am so grateful that we finally saw each other again there were times on the trip when i felt stressed, because things didnt go the way we planned. Drawing this really helped me to process all the different emotions. And i had so much fun drawing :) thank you so much for reading, wish youu a wonderful day!!:)

I wanted to take snapshots of my day at the beach so I came up with the idea of doing story boards, little snippets of moments. Felt less pressure for perfection and created an atmosphere still.

I wanted to challenge myself with a different type of drawing without spending too much time on it. I am pretty satisfied with the results. It came out looking a lot more disgusting than I intended but it still works. lol Done in Graphite and Watercolor.

Poetry + Illustration collaboration (3/10) with @rhianbrookepoetry where I make 5 random illustrations and Rhian writes a poem to accompany them, and she writes 5 poems and I create an illustration to accompany each of them. A few years ago, I followed a Mooc about game design et so, I created a character named Will, a little spirit able to change his appearance depending of the pumpkin he possess. So, he could become intangible (the ghost), fly really high (the bat), climb and manipulate object (the cat) and bowl over obstacles (the wolf). So for last Halloween, I decided to redraw them for a fake video game screen. Tadah! Il pouvait ainsi être intangible (le fantôme), voler très haut (la chauve-souris), escalader et manipuler des objets (le chat) et défoncer des obstacles (le loup) Du coup, pour Halloween, j’ai voulu les redessiner pour un faux écran de jeux vidéos. Kicking things off with the new sketchbook! And what a time to do so... Coronavirus is rampant everywhere it seems, however big or small. If self-isolation (even for just a bit, wherever you are) is the way to combat this then I suggest making the most of this time. *Captain Obvious groove*
